Who are we?

Putney Youth Choir is a 40 strong inclusive community of young singers aged 5-16. We work on our singing technique, learn about music theory, play games and work towards concerts and performances. Members have been accepted to the GB National Youth Choir, Royal Opera House Children’s Chorus, Sylvia Young Theatre School, and both Westminster School and St Paul’s School as choristers.

Leaders

The choir is led by Jamie Layfield, an experienced choral singer and musical director in places such as Ely Cathedral and Cambridge Theatre Company.

What do we sing?
